I strongly support providing an annual report at the end of every year to all members of the party. This report should not be designed as a fundraising tool, but as an honest report with regards to the party’s financial information, in relation to the previous years efforts. It would include such things as how many candidates we elected as opposed to previous years, how many candidates ran, and further such useful information. This annual report would include many statistics, graphs, and other useful information. I would also be in favor of having it available on the party website as a PDF file for any potential member to download at their convenience.
In any business, annual reports are normal and a useful way to help the investors (or us members) stay informed about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that the business (party) faces.
