Is it too early to make predictions for the Iowa Caucus?

It takes at least four things to win the Iowa Republican Caucus:
1. A strong campaign organization
2. A dedicated support base
3. Money to run statewide advertising
4. A message to win the Republican nomination

This morning, I was reading USA Today and discovered that Walmart may be looking to expand it's in-store health clinics.

Wal-Mart may expand on its 140 in-store health clinics by partnering with outside vendors to provide chronic and preventative health care services for everything from HIV and diabetes to pregnancy testing.

Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura is once again talking about a possible run for President this time after his lawsuit of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) was dismissed.

It is no secret that I take a very active interest in Iowa's Third Congressional District. After all, when I lived in Des Moines I was located in District Three and if and when I am able to return to Iowa I will almost certain be located in the district once again. And since I tend to be more direct and not one to hint at things I will say that I may one day in the future consider running for the Congressional seat myself, but certainly not next year. That being said, we have a real fight about ready to start between Congressman Boswell and Congressman Latham.
